Where to Stay in Pangasinan Philippines

Pangasinan is the largest province of Region 1 (Ilocos-Pangasinan Region) and the third biggest province in the whole Philippine Archipelago. The province which covers almost one half (42%) of the entire land scope of Region 1 is bounded on the north by the Lingayen Gulf, La Union and Benguet, on the north-east by Nueva Vizcaya, on the east by Nueva Ecija, on the south by Tarlac, and on the west by Zambales and the China Sea.

Pangasinan is endowed with marvelous landscapes and natural wonders. The vast view of natural wonders in the area has been properly preserved making the area a favorite destination for nature lovers and explorers. If there is one destination not to miss, it is the Hundred Islands National Park in Lucap, Alaminos City.

Aside from its beaches, ecotourism sites and historical sites, Pangasinan is also a famous destination for Christian devotees from all over the globe on account of its pilgrimage sites. Noteworthy to mention is Our Lady Of Manaog Church, the home of the image of the Nuestra Señora del Rosario ( Our Lady of the Rosary). The image has reputed miracle stories way back the early days.

For the province’s ecotourism sites, these include Balingasay River and Santiago Island (Bolinao), Bangrin Marine Protected Area (Bani), Manleluag Springs Protected Landscape (Mangatarem), Acop Dam-Eco Park (Rosales), and the Mt. Balungao Hot and Cold Springs (Balungao).

Like the rest of the provinces in Region 1, Pangasinan offers a list of of good places to stay for your getaway. It has resorts in urban places like Leisure Coast in Dagupan City, Lisland Rainforest Resort in Urdaneta City and El Paraiso Resort in Sison to name a few.
